As a member of our stellar client strategy and services team, you can expect to collaborate with the best of the best to identify, manage, and execute agency and client initiatives that result in forward thinking, top notch, customer experience solutions. The Senior Account manager, passionate for the details, proactive and resourceful, works to support “out of the box” solutions from start to finish.Duties and Responsibilities:Guide client objectives and timelines from conception through deliveryDive deep to learn the client’s business, including company business goals and objectives, products, markets, brand positioning, competitive landscape, industry, distribution, etc.Collaborate, contribute, strategize, and support client solutions that deliver “And Then Some”Develop, nurture, and grow strong client relationships, assessing client needs and proposing appropriate marketing servicesManage multiple, simultaneous projects working with cross-functional team members that include internal and external resourcesNegotiate changes, navigate challenges, and lead solutionsShare updates and results oftenCome prepared and confidently contribute to powerful client presentations to provide insights and solutionsBe an active listener and guide client meetings (in person, by phone or video conference) and ensure follow up on all discussions internally and externallyServe as a constant resource to the team and our clientsRequired Qualifications:4-6 years of client relationship management experience within a marketing/advertising agency settingBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass CommunicationsExperience with CPG, B2B, and/or B2C industries preferredSolid understanding of digital marketing and the implications that technology has on developing strategies and executionStrong email CRM experience a mustStrong ability to anticipate, plan and prioritize to manage the workload effectively and efficientlyConfidently own initiativesCommitment to deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA “can-do” attitude that inspires your team and your clientsAdaptability and willingness to pivot with continuous changeStrong listening and negotiation skillsDesire to always be learning and growingWho We Are:Our tone is professionally sassy.
