Business Title:- Sales AssociateJob Purpose:- To provide exceptional customer service and drive sales within COSTELLOS ACE by assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to a positive shopping environment.Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.- Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering inquiries.- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and displays.- Participate in promotional activities and initiatives.- Adhere to company policies and procedures.- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally.- Stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends.Required Education:- High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience:- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.Required Skills and Abilities:- Excellent customer service skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
