Medical, dental, vision, basic life and voluntary life insurance, 401(k)Monday through Saturday schedules (typically a 4-5 day work week) – Sundays and Holidays off!Internal career advancement opportunitiesContinued employee development and trainingDynamic workplace based on our core values!If you do not currently have a commercial driver’s license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and supported in getting your driver’s license “For-Hire” endorsement!What You’ll DoBe the friendly face customers see on moving day by creating a great first impression and helping make their move stress-freeWork alongside a fun, team-oriented crew to safely move, pack, and unload customers’ belongingsStay active throughout the day instead of being stuck behind a deskProvide excellent customer service while helping customers during one of the biggest transitions in their livesHelp load and unload moving trucks as part of a fast-paced, hands-on team environmentComplete basic paperwork and assist with payment collection at the end of movesSafely operate and maneuver company vehicles, including up to a 26-foot box truckGain valuable experience in teamwork, leadership, customer service, and problem-solvingWhat We’re Looking ForMust be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictionsMust possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record2 years of prior driving experience necessary per insurance requirementsMust be willing to submit to a pre-employment background checkStamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.Strong problem-solving abilityExperience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpfulDrug Free Workplace – all applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening and ongoing random screenings per Department of Transportation regulations.Here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, our core purpose is to move people forward, both personally and professionally.
