They also enjoy: Casual work attire (uniform provided) FREE admission to Carowinds and other Cedar Fair parks Discounts on food and retail items A fun and engaging work environment, perfect for making friends Flexible work schedule Responsibilities: This position focuses mainly on providing a safe environment for guests and associates, as well as:  Supervises line security officers  Oversee and respond to emergency situations Oversee proper security training Conduct interviews and assist with progressive discipline documentation involving line officers Manage a shift Prepare schedules Other related duties as deemed necessary by security management.  Qualifications: Ability to undergo training and pass examinations as required Ability to demonstrate positive public relations skills A working knowledge of computer operation to include word and excel. Meet South Carolina Law Enforcement Division security officer requirements. Possess a current and valid driver's license and submit it upon request. Ability to complete training for the American Heart Association Infant, Child and Adult CPR certification. Approved black shoes, black belt, black socks, pocket notebook. Good verbal and written skills. Reliable transportation. Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
