Remote Dynamics 365 Lead Consultant & Practice Architect

As a Dynamics 365 Consulting Lead (Level: Senior Consultant or Manager) , you take ownership of CIMPCO's Dynamics 365 landscape across projects and clients. You oversee delivery quality, architecture consistency, and consulting standards across all Dynamics 365 engagements. At the same time, you remain close enough to the solution to step in hands-on — covering customizations, configurations, and smaller development tasks where needed. You combine strategic oversight with execution capability. This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape a practice, lead consultants, and remain technically sharp.
