Director of Agent Services
Our Real Estate Office is looking for a Director of Agent Services. Must have the following qualities:
· Very Customer Service Oriented
· Tech Savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
· Team Player
· Detail Oriented
· Organized
· Enthusiastic & Proactive
· Able to work Independently in a fast-paced environment
Duties include:
· Onboarding and Offboarding licensed agents
· Managing Social Media Platforms
· Updating the Calendar of Classes
· Coordinating Zoom and In-Person Events
· Working with Vendors
· Creating and Managing Marketing Presentations/Flyers
· Technical support and help with Agent's CRM
· Understanding the Keller Williams Culture
· Training the new agents on office procedures and technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
