HR Coordinator – Sr (Business testing support)Location: Richmond, VA/ Mclean, VA Duration: 12 months - Contract to hire possible Pay Rate: $40 - $45 hr. W2 Project Overview: This is system related role. Would be responsible for system, strong workday testing. Gathering and writing business requirements from benefits partner groups, partnering with tech teams to refine those requirements and prioritize the work, voice for the business team, communicating back the status of request – where they're sitting tech pipeline, helping to renegotiate timelines as neededUAT testing, ensuring robust documentation, participating, and leading portions of regression testing. Well organized and strong communication skills.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or military experience At least 1 year of experience in Benefits or payroll modules in workday.At least 1 year of experience participating in testing strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), in partnership with the client group At least 2 years of experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite such as Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with Workday and Salesforce. Experience using AI and/or technology to generate creative ideas, solve problems, troubleshoot common business problems, and translate them into tangible more efficient work products. 1+ years of experience with Workday configuration or Workday integrations 2+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Information Technology1+ years of experience with KainosTechnical background is ideal rather than bankingJIRA is helpful
