Electrical Assembler

*Electrical Assembler* *Location:* Franklin, MA *Job Type:* Full-Time *Department:* Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Franklin, MA. This position is responsible for assembling and installing electrical components used in industrial equipment and control panels. Candidates should be comfortable working with hand tools, wiring components, following written instructions, and performing detailed assembly work. Prior electronic or electrical assembly experience is required, while training will be provided on company-specific processes, equipment, and procedures. *Responsibilities* * Assemble electrical components, wiring, cables, and related parts according to work instructions and drawings. * Install and connect wires, cables, and electrical components. * Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment. * Follow established manufacturing processes and safety procedures. * Inspect completed work to ensure assemblies meet quality standards. * Identify and report missing materials, defects, or other production concerns. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Work with team members to meet daily production schedules and deadlines. * Learn additional assembly processes and equipment through on-the-job training. * Follow schematics and electrical drawings after completing training. * Perform additional manufacturing duties as needed. *Requirements* * Prior electronic or electrical assembly experience required. * Previous manufacturing, electrical, construction, or other hands-on experience preferred. * Comfortable using basic hand tools. * Ability to read and follow written instructions and drawings. * Strong attention to detail and quality. * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Willingness to learn new processes and skills. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. #KPB Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
