Kitchen Team Member/Cook - Buffalo Wild Wings $15-$20/hr

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking Cooks to prepare food items, maintain kitchen operations, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met. Cooks are responsible for preparing wings, burgers, sandwiches, fries, and other menu items according to company recipes and cooking procedures. Employees operate fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment, prepare food orders, restock kitchen ingredients, clean kitchen stations, wash dishes, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift. This position typically pays $15 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, night shift pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience. Cooks are responsible for preparing food quickly and accurately during busy periods, following food safety guidelines, organizing food prep stations, monitoring food quality, and communicating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed on time. Employees must follow company recipes, portion guidelines, and kitchen safety procedures at all times.
