Program Coordinator

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Coordinator to lead and support community-based initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in program development, and a passion for engaging diverse populations. As a Program Coordinator, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at residential services for adults with developmental disabilities. *ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:* 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned service sites. 2. Ensure auditing of individual finances at least monthly. Prepare cost-to-live budgets as needed. 3. Ensure development of documentation based on the Ohio ISP. 4. Monitor all documentation to ensure individuals are receiving services as designated by their Ohio ISP. Ensure monthly documentation is filed within the first fifteen business days of the month. 5. Ensure the timely complete of paperwork that is required to meet all local, state, and federal guidelines. 6. Ensure staff is scheduled based on the needs of the individual and adhering to budgetary constraints and staffing ratios. 7. Ensure that the individual’s rights are observed. 8. Participate in team meetings as deemed necessary. 9. Serve as contact between outside agencies and team members and ensure implementation of all recommendations. 10. Ensure community integration occurs for each individual based on their Ohio ISP. 11. Be available to staff and individuals on an on-call basis to answer any programmatic/individual care issues. 12. Attend any staff meetings deemed necessary. 13. Ensure all start-up procedures are completed as needed. Ensure all spend downs are completed as assigned. 14. Ensure that staff are trained per CSS Policy and Procedure. 15. Complete the evaluation of staff directly supervised as specified in CSS Policy and Procedure. 16. Assist with any individual or staffing problems for assigned sites. 17. Assist Site Supervisors with administering disciplinary actions. Review any final warnings or terminations with the County Director prior to administering. 18. Attend UIR Committee as assigned by the County Director. 19. Assist in the UIR/MUI process as assigned. Ensure UIR/MUI follow up process is completed per state regulatory agencies. 20. Ensure County QA reviews are being completed. 21. Adhere to all safety standards set forth per regulatory agencies and CSS Policy and Procedure. 22. Perform all other duties as assigned by the employer. Pay: From $44,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
