Services You Will Work With: IV nutritional therapy, IV ozone autohemotherapy (MAH), pharmacy grade peptide prescriptions, trigger point injections, prolozone injections, joint and soft tissue regenerative injections, paraspinal muscle injections, medical-grade hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and functional laboratory testing interpretation. Responsibilities: Conduct problem-focused history and new patient orthopedic-neurologic physical examinations Order and interpret appropriate imaging based on chief complaint and clinical findings Develop individualized, root-cause treatment plans tailored to each patient Order, review, and interpret functional laboratory panels — translating findings into actionable, personalized treatment and supplement recommendations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine best care strategy Perform ongoing functional re-assessments throughout each patient's treatment course to ensure measurable progression Provide oversight, direction, and day-to-day collaboration with nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence and efficient patient care delivery Manage and collaborate with nursing staff to optimize patient flow and clinical efficiency Perform IV insertions, administer IV nutritional therapy, and supervise IV ozone autohemotherapy (MAH) Identify trigger points through assessment and perform trigger point, prolozone, and paraspinal injections Perform joint and soft tissue injections utilizing regenerative products Collaborate with chiropractic, functional neurology, and rehabilitation staff to ensure services are executed to clinic standards Educate patients and address care-related questions with clarity and compassion Support and contribute to business goals, revenue targets, and profitability objectives What We Are Looking For: Active, unrestricted Tennessee NP licensure Willingness to train, grow, and continuously develop clinical skills Dependable, accountable, and professional with a positive team-focused attitude Genuine interest in integrative and regenerative medicine Strong communicator who builds trust with patients and colleagues alike Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a high-volume setting Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 annually based on experience, plus performance-based bonus eligibility through our clinic-wide revenue bonus program.
