Southern Star Technician OpportunityTraining/Base pay rate of $19.00 per hour. The base rate increases by.50 at sixty days of employment.We have a guaranteed hourly rate of $23.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don't bring you to the guaranteed hourly rate, we will increase your pay.
