Product Designer(no third party, only W2)

Job Description: Must Have Skills / Requirements 1) Must have a design portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design solutions, with an emphasis on identifying and meaningfully solving true user problems. 2) Must have 6+ years of professional experience, specifically as a Product Designer of direct-to-consumer applications. 3) Must have extensive experience in responsive web-based design and delivery (video/audio or streaming background preferred but not essential). 4) Must have masterful Figma skills including a solid understanding of Design Systems/Design Kits and prototyping. Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements 1) Video/audio or streaming background preferred but not essential. Soft Skills: 1) Must have a design portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design solutions, with an emphasis on identifying and meaningfully solving true user problems. 2) Must have excellent communication, collaboration, and team partnership skills. 3) A willingness to roll up your sleeve and get things done is key for this role, as is being able to take smart risks and champion innovative ideas.
