Industrial Construction Project ManagerJob Locations: Evansville, Indiana and Bedford, IndianaKey Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction project management.Experience managing industrial projects up to $10 million.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Preferred experience in managing projects of varying sizes, from service and maintenance to large-scale, multi-disciplinary turnkey projects.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:Oversee project management across multiple disciplines.Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.Develop and manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.Handle administrative tasks and ensure efficient project execution using project management software.Ensure adherence to quality construction standards.Supervise compliance with building and safety regulations.Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks.Adhere to standards and operating procedures, including compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
