Our family owned and operated office, located in Arlington Heights, IL, has an opening for a HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team!! Responsibilities include: Tune-up/maintain all HVAC service system checks efficiently and accurately Diagnose equipment and provide detailed options for our customers Know how to provide outstanding customer service, to ensure a high level of satisfaction and customer happiness Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-equipped truck Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training Train and mentor apprentices to develop on-time, high quality services Requirements: EPA Universal certification (REQUIRED) 1 year of field experience (REQUIRED) Extremely organized with exceptional execution abilities Must have a valid driver’s license and pass driving record screening Must pass drug screening Must pass criminal background check Application Question(s): Are you willing to submit to a background check & drug screen?
