Portfolio Manager (New York)

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology strategy, governance, investment planning, and executive stakeholder management within a complex enterprise environment.What You'll Do:Manage and evolve a multi-year enterprise technology portfolio aligned to strategic business objectivesDrive portfolio prioritization, intake, investment planning, and governancePartner with CIOs and business leaders to translate strategy into actionable roadmapsIdentify opportunities for standardization, scalability, and operational efficiency across platforms and initiativesDefine and track KPIs, portfolio performance metrics, and business impactPartner with finance teams to evaluate investment cases, optimize spend, and measure value realizationPrepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and portfolio updates for senior leadershipFacilitate discussions around priorities, trade-offs, and enterprise technology investmentsStay informed on emerging technologies including AI, data platforms, and automation tools to help shape portfolio strategyWhat We're Looking For:5–8 years of experience managing enterprise technology initiatives within Insurance or Financial ServicesStrong portfolio management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement experienceStrong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into leadership-ready insightsExperience working across enterprise technology, business, and finance stakeholdersStrong understanding of software development, infrastructure, AI, and emerging technologiesHighly proficient using AI productivity tools such as OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and Anthropic ClaudeExperience with tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office 365Product Owner and/or Business Analyst experience is a plusExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
