Agile Delivery Manager
Location: Local to Greater Philadelphia Area Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Some Flexibility) Title: Agile Delivery Manager Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract, with potential for extensions and/or FTE conversion Interview ProcessStep 1: 30-minute MS Teams interview with Hiring ManagerStep 2: 90-minute MS Teams interview with Squad Members Must-haves:5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager, with a reputation for being proactive, self-directed, and outcome-orientedMulti-squad leadership experience—supporting 2 squads with dependencies across 3–4 teams, and managing teams across multiple time zones (US EST–PST, India, Ukraine, Dublin)Cross-functional risk and dependency management—skilled in mapping, tracking, and communicating impacts on timelines and metrics using data to educate teamsScaled Agile expertise—familiar with SAFe, Lean, Kanban, or custom frameworks; experience with quarterly PI planning and scrum of scrumsStrong communication and adaptability—effective in matrixed, enterprise environments with a growth mindset and collaborative approachStable work history—not job-hoppy Plusses:Healthcare industry experience You’ll support two agile squads and collaborate with over 25 teams across the organization. Your focus will be on identifying and elevating cross-team risks, managing dependencies, and guiding teams through Quarterly/PI Planning. You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, promote scalable practices, and serve as a connector between teams—surfacing insights, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability. This role supports a project aimed at resolving access issues across multiple products. The initiative involves creating a seamless workflow for customers to log in once and access all relevant platforms, each with different configurations and entry points. You’ll work alongside an Agile Program Lead and help shape the delivery strategy in a flat, collaborative environment that values humility, curiosity, and systems thinking.Pay Rate: 60-65 hr W2
