As a woman-owned, minority-owned, and EDGE-certified company, CMI-HR is committed to diversity, compliance, workforce development, and creating meaningful employment opportunities across Ohio.Position SummaryCMI-HR Facility Solutions is currently hiring a General Warehouse Associate for a warehouse position in Hilliard, OH.The selected candidate will support daily warehouse operations by picking orders, using a scanner, assisting other departments as needed, and helping maintain a clean and organized work environment.This position requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexible with scheduling based on the client’s operational needs.Job ResponsibilitiesPick orders accurately while standing and walking throughout the shiftUse a scanner to pick and process orders.Follow warehouse procedures and inventory instructions.Read small numbers, labels, barcodes, and expiration dates accurately.Assist with picking, packing, scanning, and general warehouse duties.Use ladders when needed to reach items during picking and packing tasks.Assist other departments as needed.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures.RequirementsMust be English/Spanish bilingual.Previous warehouse experience preferred.Familiarity with picking, packing, scanning, and warehouse procedures.Must know how to use a scanner or be able to learn quickly.Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.Must be able to use ladders when needed during picking and packing.Must be able to read small numbers, product labels, barcodes, and expiration dates.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Must be flexible to work either assigned schedule based on client needs.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementCMI-HR Facility Solution is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
