As part of this commitment, we offer:100% PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees, 50% for their dependents, paid by the CompanyA cell phone stipend401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and moreResponsibilitiesAddresses safety concerns, provides guidance, and feedback when needed to both the shift supervisor and team membersRelay shift structure and Forklift Drivers assignments provided by the leadership staffCommunicate shift activities and opportunities with warehouse leadership, and maintain open communication with all supervisors and leads in all departmentsTraining of new Forklift Drivers and provide re-training when needed of warehouse processesEnsure FIFO of storage locations and consolidation, and guarantee FEFO is practiced when shipping materials to and from facilitiesAssists in QA Hold related issues when needed and emails appropriate parties involved in the processAssists in maintaining organization in the warehouse; hold area, aisle ways, pathways, empty pallet area, partial area, etc.Assist in all Forklift Driver tasks when needed as well as shipping and receiving tasksSupports inventory processes, by using Drink Pak's WMS as a guideDocument and communicate any service issues with warehouse equipment such as, dock doors, forklift breakdowns/needed repairs, RF scanner/WMS issuesCommunicate with Logistics Coordinators, and Inventory Control Specialists to guarantee shipments are loaded and unloaded in a timely mannerAccomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by managementCompliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all Drink Pak's policies and proceduresEstablishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivityRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the jobPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
