As production capability expands, maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and operational consistency is critical to long-term success.This role offers the opportunity to help establish scalable quality systems and operational discipline within a rapidly growing manufacturing organization.Position OverviewPowerus is seeking a Production Quality Lead to build and maintain high operational and manufacturing quality standards across the organization’s growing production capability.This individual will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve reliability, quality control, testing processes, and production consistency across multiple operational environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain production quality processes and standardsSupport inspection, testing, validation, and manufacturing quality activitiesIdentify root causes of production or quality issues and drive corrective actionsWork closely with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and engineering groupsSupport documentation, process control, and operational quality systemsImprove manufacturing consistency and operational reliabilityAssist with production readiness and product validation activitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operationsQualificationsExperience in quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or production quality leadershipAerospace, defense, electronics, robotics, or industrial manufacturing background preferredStrong analytical and troubleshooting capabilityFamiliarity with production testing and quality systemsHands-on operational mindsetStrong attention to detail and process disciplineExperience supporting manufacturing scale-up environments preferredWhat We Look ForPowerus values individuals who operate with discipline, accountability, and strong attention to detail.
