Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with one late day each week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Location: Tucson, AZ Pay Rate - $24.00-$26.00 Essential Duties & Responsibilities Build and maintain employer relationships through calls, visits, and networking. Support students with externship placement, tracking, and employment opportunities. Coach students on resumes, job search, and interview skills; lead career workshops. Ensure accurate records, compliance, and support for campus events. Qualifications Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred. 3+ years in career services, recruiting, or job development. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills (MS Office).
