Customer Success SpecialistLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Clackamas, OR. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and internal teams, helping manage customer data, reporting, renewals, and workflow systems to ensure a seamless customer experience.Location: 100% onsite in Clackamas, ORDuration: Direct HireHours/Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMCompensation: $21.65 to $31.25 per hour ($45,032 – $65,000 annually), depending on experienceResponsibilities:Manage and maintain customer dashboards and workflow systemsTrack renewals, contracts, and customer engagement dataCreate reports and analyze customer metrics and trendsMaintain accurate information in CRM and related systemsPartner closely with sales and operations teamsSupport process improvements and automation initiativesCommunicate primarily through email and internal systemsQualifications:Experience in customer success, sales operations, or customer serviceStrong technical aptitude and systems-focused mindsetExperience with CRM platforms such as SalesforceExperience with monday.com requiredAnalytics and reporting experience preferredHighly detail-oriented and organizedStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment
