Senior Software Engineer — RL Environments & Equity

You will own the full lifecycle from ideation through grading, failure analysis, and iteration on complex tasks across large codebases with real conventions and technical debt.You will heavily use coding agents, directing them, evaluating outputs, and identifying subtle failure modes.
