The firm represents clients throughout the full M&A lifecycle including public and private, domestic and cross border matters and is known for its deep expertise, efficiency, and long term client partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage M&A transactions from initial strategy through post closing integration.Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional agreements including purchase agreements, merger agreements, joint venture documentation, and operating agreements.Advise clients on deal structure, strategic considerations, risk mitigation, and regulatory issues.Collaborate with internal teams, outside advisors, financing sources, and domestic and foreign regulators.Build and maintain strong long term client relationships consistent with the firm’s service philosophy.Qualifications4+ years of substantive M&A experienceStrong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills across a range of deal structures.Member of the New York in good standing.BenefitsComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)Origination bonus offeredLow billable hour requirement401k retirement planPTOPaid sick leaveCompetitive compensation up to $350k DOE + BonusApply today for a confidential conversation.
