Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, leadership capabilities, and a high attention to detail.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseProficient in all major aspects of electrical engineering for the building and construction industry, including:Power distribution designAnalysis and evaluation of existing electrical systemsEmergency and standby generator system designInterior and exterior lighting design & controlsSite lighting and photometric analysisFire alarm and security system designStructured cabling, sound, and communication systemsLEED design/energy-efficient engineering (preferred)AutoCAD and Revit proficiencyKey ResponsibilitiesLead all electrical engineering services throughout the full project lifecyclePrepare and review electrical construction documents and plansDevelop and update project specificationsReview electrical shop drawings and submittalsRespond to RFIs and coordinate with project teamsConduct on-site construction observations to monitor progress and ensure design complianceManage and mentor electrical designers, drafters, and support staffCommunicate effectively with clients, owners, architects, and contractorsPrepare project budgets, create engineering proposals, and support client relationship development.
