We are seeking an experienced Manager of Central Sterile Processing to lead sterile processing operations in a high-performing hospital environment. This role ensures surgical instruments and medical devices are properly cleaned, sterilized, assembled, and maintained to meet strict safety and regulatory standards.The manager will oversee daily department operations, supervise staff, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and collaborate with surgical and hospital leadership to improve workflow, efficiency, and patient safety.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily sterile processing operations supporting surgical and procedural servicesManage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance of sterile processing teamsEnsure compliance with AAMI, AORN, OSHA, FDA, and CDC standardsImplement infection control and quality assurance proceduresMonitor department performance metrics and operational reportingCoordinate with OR teams and supply chain to improve workflow and instrument availabilityMaintain proper sterilization, assembly, and storage of surgical instrumentsLead continuous improvement initiatives within the department
