The Role:As an Account Manager, you'll use your attention to detail,relationship-building skills, and sales instincts to support GroupCoordinators—helping them prepare for their trips and grow their programs byconsulting on best practices to promote their trips and setting up futuretravel. You'll manage key pre-departure details and follow through on requeststo ensure a smooth, high-quality experience from enrollment through departure. You'll begin as a Support Account Manager, where you'll learn the role,policies, and product while gaining exposure to our customers by assisting moretenured Account Managers. This includes providing out-of-office coverage andflexing your sales skills to upsell tour add-ons or booking returning travelers. This role is designed to set you up for long-term success—providing the tools,experience, and support you need to thrive. Once fully ramped up and a book ofbusiness becomes available, you'll step into the full Account Manager role andtake ownership of your own customer portfolio. As an Account Manager, you will be able to participate in the Sales DevelopmentLeadership Program. This is designed to accelerate the careers ofhigh-performing candidates and prepare them for leadership in business. You willplay a critical role in developing customer acquisition and retention strategiesand identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. Inaddition, there is uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals. You are eligiblefor a promotion to Senior Tour Consultant after 2 years of successfullyexceeding goals and excellent performance with an increased OTE of $95,000($65,000 base and $30,000 bonus potential).
