Benefits: Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Health Insurance Annual Bonus Dental and Vision Insurance Shipping & Receiving Supervisor Qualifications or Skills: ● General Computer skills: Works, Excel, Google Drive, Powerpoint, Droptask ● Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions ● Ability to speak, read & write in English ● Ability to follow work rules ● Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given ● Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude ● High school diploma or GED preferred Shipping & Receiving Supervisor Job Duties: ● Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current ● Direct the activities of warehouse leads and material handlers to accomplish plant goals ● Confer with department management teams to ensure coordination of warehouse functions with the activities of other departments such as buying, production, quality, and distribution ● Organize workforce according to productivity requirements to obtain most effective utilization of resources ● Manage capital expenditures to requisition and replacement of equipment and supplies ● Train employees on company policies and procedures such as SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), Workplace Safety, PS (Process Specifications), QCP (Quality Control Procedures ● Maintain discipline, morale and harmonious relations among subordinates in a fast-past environment. ● PPE must be worn ● Ensuring customer requirements are being met ● Great customer service ● Perform All other Assigned Duties ● Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday, occasionally weekends Pay rate: $21 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred) Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Warehouse supervisor: 1 year (Preferred) BOLs, ASNs: 1 year (Preferred) Sequencing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
