Job Description About the Role:We are seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide in-home patient care for a home healthcare client in Albuquerque, NM. Nurses will deliver direct patient care in patients' homes and support them in maintaining quality of life and independence. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide in-home nursing care to assigned patientsMonitor patient condition and report changesAdminister treatments and medications as orderedDocument care provided according to standardsEducate patients and families on care plansCollaborate with care team members as needed RequirementsActive RN license in New MexicoHome health experience preferred (not required)Ability to travel to patient homesStrong patient care and communication skills Compensation : $38-$45/hour
