Stringer Operators Work With The Stringer Machine, Which Is The Lynchpin Of The Production Of Photovoltaic Modules. The Stringer Operator Performs Functions, As Assigned To Ensure The Stringer Machine Is Running Properly Including But Not Limited ToHandle cells using proper techniques and load cells into stringer machines.Start and stop automatic operation under normal circumstances.Perform ribbon changes in a timely manner.Perform two-hour cleanings in a timely manner that follows proper techniques.Perform daily cleanings.Track machine downtime and cell usage/waste.Understand the string EL and be able to make quick accurate decisions based on the EL image.Troubleshoot equipment issues and use HMI diagnostics to minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with quality and production standards through regular parameter adjustments.Work safely and effectively with all members of the production team.Maintain a clean and orderly work area.Other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsApplicants must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Preference given to people with demonstrated technical capabilities and manufacturing experience.
