Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center - Job Title: LPN SupervisorLocation: The Pavilion at Robinson Terrace – Stamford, NYSalary: $70,000(Salaried)Position SummaryThe Pavilion at Robinson Terrace Assisted Living Program is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day clinical oversight of medication administration and resident care processes within our assisted living community.The LPN Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring medication practices remain safe, compliant with physician orders, and consistent with regulatory standards while also serving as a clinical resource for staff and residents.This position works closely with the Administrator, RN leadership, and care staff to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee medication administration processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with physician orders and facility policiesConduct routine audits of medication rooms, medication carts, and medication administration records (MARs) to maintain regulatory complianceIdentify, investigate, and resolve medication discrepancies while implementing corrective actions when neededMonitor medication ordering, storage, and documentation practices to ensure safe handling and timely administrationServe as a clinical resource to staff regarding medication procedures and resident care questionsAddress resident and family concerns related to clinical care and medication management in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with physicians, pharmacy providers, and interdisciplinary team members to maintain continuity of careAssist with quality assurance initiatives and clinical audits related to medication management and resident care processesSupport staff education and reinforce best practices related to medication administration and documentationQualificationsCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York StateExperience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior services preferredStrong knowledge of medication administration and regulatory requirementsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teamsLeadership or supervisory experience preferredWhy Join Our TeamThe Pavilion at Robinson Terrace is committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
