Illinois Licensed Corporate Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Manager in Corporate Accounting to oversee the corporate accounting function and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for accurate reporting Oversee general ledger functions and ensure accuracy of journal entries and account reconciliations Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing training and performance feedbackRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field Certified Public Accountant, or actively pursuing professional licensure Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in public accounting or within a medium to large international organization Familiarity with lease accounting and related tools is highly preferred Experience with US GAAP accounting and SOX-compliant controls for multinational companies
