Senior Cable Assembler

Cable Assembler IIIPay Range: $25.96hr - $27.26hrThe Cable Assembler III is responsible for assembling components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards. The role involves working on electronic and mechanical assemblies while maintaining safety, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.Responsibilities:Assemble components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies according to specifications.Make setups and adjustments while holding required tolerances.Perform assembly of electronic equipment such as cables, harnesses, chassis, and printed circuit boards, or mechanical assembly of panels, batteries, and motors.Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies or sub-assemblies as required.Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company obligations during business operations.Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.Assist in training lower-level assemblers when required.Perform housekeeping and cleanup duties after completing assigned tasks.Perform other duties as assigned.Experience:Several years of experience in cable or electronic assembly or a related manufacturing environment.Skills:Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wire lists.Good understanding of general job functions with limited technical complexity.Knowledge of computer operations and applications relevant to the role.Familiarity with soldering and compression connection tools.Strong visual perception with the ability to distinguish between colors.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Willingness and ability to work extended hours when required.Qualification And Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
