This role provides flexible, as-needed support for field activities including events, school visits, and customer meetings. The ideal candidate brings education experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent Learning Without Tears with confidence in front of educators and administrators.What You'll Be DoingSupport the Sales Organization with territory-based sales activitiesAttend and represent Learning Without Tears at conferences, trade shows, and regional eventsDeliver product demonstrations and facilitate hands-on experiences for educatorsAssist with school and district meetings, both in-person and virtualCapture and document leads, ensuring timely and accurate follow-upSupport outreach efforts tied to campaigns, events, and strategic initiativesBuild relationships with teachers, administrators, and district leadersProvide product knowledge and respond to customer questionsMaintain accurate records of activities and interactions in company systemsShare feedback from the field including customer insights, objections, and market trendsYour Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredExperience in education, curriculum, or edtech strongly preferredPrior teaching or instructional experience a plusExperience in a customer-facing or sales support role preferredStrong presentation and communication skillsAbility to engage and influence educators and decision-makersComfortable presenting to both small and large groupsHighly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in the fieldProfessional presence and customer-focused mindsetField-based role requiring local travel to schools, districts, and eventsAbility to stand for extended periods during events and presentationsAbility to lift and transport materials up to 25 poundsOccasional evening or weekend work based on event schedules. This is a per diem, as-needed position based on territory demand.
