Ultimately, the PHO - ZEPHYR Bartender contributes significantly to the overall guest experience and the establishment's reputation for quality service.Minimum Qualifications:Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States.Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.Basic knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).Experience working in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.Knowledge of craft cocktails and mixology trends.Ability to handle point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.Multilingual abilities to better serve a diverse clientele.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, making recommendations, and responding to inquiries.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and equipment.Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management to ensure the bar is well-stocked.Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.Skills:The required skills enable the bartender to efficiently prepare and serve beverages while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
