Neonatologist Opportunity Seeking a per diem Neonatologist to provide coverage in Wichita Falls, Texas. This opportunity involves caring for newborns in a Level II Special Care Nursery with plans to advance to a Level III NICU, within a community-focused hospital setting. Dates & Schedule* Coverage needed:* Dec , 31 * Jan 1 5, * Feb 1 2* All shifts are 24-hour coverage (7:00 a.m. 7:00 a.m.) * Shifts include rounding plus call from home or hotel * Coverage available ASAPPractice Setting & Responsibilities* Coverage of Level II NICU and newborn nursery * Care for infants 30 weeks gestational age and >1,250 grams * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including pediatricians, nurses, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation services, and neonatal nutritionists * Provide comprehensive, family-centered care and support for parents during the NICU stay * Work in a state-of-the-art NICU with access to advanced technologyFacility Overview* United Regional Hospital serves Wichita Falls and surrounding communities * Full-service hospital offering emergency, surgical, maternity, pediatric, and specialty care * Designated Level II Special Care Nursery with ongoing efforts toward Level III NICU statusRequirements* Board Certified in Neonatology (Board Eligible not accepted) * Active Texas medical license * Minimum 6 months of recent specialty experience and clinically active within the past year * Clean background and malpractice history * Completion of prescreen questionnaire * CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explainedCertification & Licensure* Board Certified in Neonatology * Texas medical license requiredby Jobble
