Custodian Part Time Evenings

DescriptionJOB TITLE: General Custodian Evenings / Part Time START DATE: Immediately WORK DAYS: 260 days (per calendar year) STANDARD HOURS PER DAY: 4 Hours per day WORK YEAR: 12-month position (260 days) REPORTS TO: Head Custodian or current supervisor Any candidate recommended for hire will be asked to complete an expanded criminal history clearance at their cost (starting at $24.90). RequirementsAssisting the Assistant Head Custodian. Assigned area to clean daily. Cleaning outer buildings Set up for events inside and out Filling in helping inside main building during call offs Cleaning up vomit and spills as needed. Touching-up restroom and fill supplies as needed Cafeteria clean-up when assigned Set-ups & clean-ups for school events. Empty and clean outside trash cans. Snow & ice removal. Mowing, trimming, & grounds maintenance, as directed. Help open Mayflower Mill when needed Any other duties assigned by Head Custodian or Custodial Manager or Supervisor Qualifications:Excellent attendance record. Ability to get along with others. Ability to adapt to change. Good people and organizational skills. Willingness to take & follow directions Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to climb a ladder Self-motivated, high energy person who takes pride their work. Good knowledge & skills in cleaning techniques and products. Ability to move quickly & be on your feet.
