Level 2 Cable Assembler

Description: Assemble cables per requirements (Customer Bill of Materials, Drawings and Specifications) Cut, strip, crimp and tin wires (Automated as well as manual) Inserting contacts into connectors Experience with tie wraps, flat ribbon cable assembly, shrink tubing, soldering Installing Back shells and applying labels on wires/cables Electro/Mechanical Build Harness Boards Perform inspection, testing and pull test on cable wires & devices Familiarity with the production environment and quality requirements. When required, participate in regular preventive maintenance of equipment used. Work in a safe manner and observe all safety procedures.
