We value our employees: Competitive Basa Salary Healthcare PTO Bonus Opportunity Vehicle or Allowance Job Details Job Description: Superintendent – Paving & Underground Utilities We are a growing paving and underground utility contractor seeking a hands-on Superintendent to oversee field operations on a variety of local projects.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with civil site work, and the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and schedules efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day field operations for paving, grading, and underground utility installations Coordinate equipment, materials, and workforce to ensure timely project completion Ensure job site safety, quality, and compliance with project plans and specifications Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and field teams Track production and help maintain project schedules and budgets Qualifications: 5 years of experience in heavy civil, paving, or underground utilities Proven leadership in managing crews and subcontractors Strong knowledge of DOT standards, utility installation, and asphalt paving Ability to read plans and interpret specifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow with the company.Please email resume and project list to Interested in hearing more?
