As we do so, we continue to support the Shelter Project, the company’s in-house compassion program that has been providing free cannabis oil to cancer patients since 2014.About the Role:The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. They take pride in clean, accurate work and can follow SOPs consistently. Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or laboratory environments is preferred. This role also includes assisting with basic solventless lab prep tasks, such as preparing hash for rosin pressing, so comfort working around production equipment and learning new processes is important.Key Responsibilities:Package vaporizer cartridges, disposable devices, and other finished products according to SOPsLabel, count, and verify products to ensure accuracy and complianceMaintain clean and organized workstationsAssist with basic solventless lab preparation tasks, including prepping hash for rosin pressingPerform cleaning and light preventative maintenance on equipment and toolsMaintain accurate production records using paper logs and METRC/BiotrackMeet production goals with minimal errorsCommunicate any equipment or process issues to supervisorsFollow all safety, compliance, and quality control proceduresQualifications:Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or laboratory environments preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and organizational skillsComfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasksWillingness to learn new production and lab-adjacent processesMinimum Requirements:Must be at least 21 years oldMust have an active Colorado M.E.D. badgeAbility to lift and move objects up to 50 poundsAbility to operate basic machinery and production toolsDetails:Location: Reports To: Lab ManagerWork Environment: Fast-paced, highly regulatedOn-Site Requirements: In office 4x a weekSchedule: 4 days / 10-hour shifts (6:00am – 4:30pm)Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 per hourBenefits:We feel strongly that our employees do their best work when they don’t need to worry as much about some of life's biggest stressors.
