We have been in business since 2016- longer than most any other cannabis company in the NY market and it is 100% due to our team that has helped grow the business into what it is today.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY for a Dispensary Sales Associate / Budtender. The Sales Associate / Budtender will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, answering questions about cannabis products, managing point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. Additional responsibilities include verifying customer IDs, keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, and helping with inventory management. Part time and full-time roles available. Swift progression to a leadership/management role is not only encouraged, but preferred.QualificationsRequired:Retail experience, preferably in supermarkets, restaurants or other fast-pace, high-volume retailFollow through, adherence to directions preciselyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksNon-stop work ethicCommitment to doing things correctly the first timeAttention to detailAvailability late nights and weekendsPreferred:Bi or multi lingual.
