Must have open availability. Training begins on either 1st shift (4 AM) or 2nd shift (2 PM). Your Responsibilities: Lean & Sanitize: Perform essential sanitation tasks including cleaning food processing equipment and surfaces. - **Create Solutions:** Fabricate and apply cleaning solutions and chemicals for industrial use. - **Maintain Standards:** Conduct sanitation procedures to meet strict food production standards. - **Heavy Lifting:** Engage in heavy lifting as needed for sanitation tasks. - **Prevent Contamination:** Sanitize production areas to maintain product quality and prevent contamination. - **Team Effort:** Collaborate with your team to uphold the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards. - **Custodial Duties:** Keep the warehouse and production facilities spotless. **What We’re Looking For:** - **Experience:** Previous experience in food processing is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training. - **Skills:** Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is beneficial. - **Physical Ability:** Must be able to lift heavy loads (20-50 lbs.), and handle continuous standing or walking. - **Work Ethic:** Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. - **Attention to Detail:** Strong ability to follow sanitation protocols accurately.
