What you will be doingEnsure the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for the guestImmediately respond to and correct any potential safety conditions such as a wet floor due to guests tracking in rain or snowClean pool area and restroomsClean all public restrooms and stock all necessary itemsEmpty the trash from all offices, including the Sales, Executive and Front offices.Clean, dust, mop, vacuum and polish the lobby area including ashtrays, furniture, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, vending machines, glass and windowsGreet guests in a courteous fashionWhat we are looking forHigh work ethic and self-initiativeRegular attendance according to established guidelinesMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the propertyFocus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions
