Senior Systems EngineerOnsite in Everett, WASummaryWe’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, support, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure across both corporate and manufacturing environments. This role is highly hands-on and will serve as the primary escalation point for complex systems and security issues while supporting modern cloud, endpoint, and security technologies.ResponsibilitiesManage and support enterprise infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDriveSupport endpoint management platforms including SCCM and IntuneDesign and support Azure cloud infrastructure and automation efforts using PowerShellManage VMware environments, backups, and disaster recovery solutionsSupport XDR/SIEM security monitoring tools including Defender, CrowdStrike, Sentinel, and SplunkTroubleshoot complex infrastructure, systems, and security incidentsMaintain documentation, standards, and compliance requirements (CMMC/NIST)Technical Skills & Qualifications7+ years of Systems Engineering experienceStrong experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows ServerExperience with SCCM, Intune, VMware, and backup solutionsPowerShell scripting and automation experienceExperience with XDR/SIEM tools and security monitoringStrong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience in enterprise or regulated environments preferred
