Engineering Project Manager

*The following items summarize the required skills.* *Job Responsibilities* * Responsible for on-site execution of engineering projects, progress tracking, and construction coordination. * Track the progress of subcontractors and construction teams to ensure that the project proceeds on schedule according to the project plan. * Confirm drawing content, construction requirements, and site conditions with the engineering design/drafting team. * Compile on-site progress, issues, and risk items, report them to the upstream project team, and follow up on subsequent improvement measures. * Coordinate various on-site teams (construction, equipment, installation, quality assurance, etc.) and handle communication, conflict resolution, and schedule adjustments during the construction process. * Assist with site inspections, acceptance processes, and related project administrative tasks. * Maintain project records, documents, and reports to ensure that information is accurate and updated in a timely manner. *We Hope You* * Have an engineering-related background or experience in engineering site/project management. * Are able to understand basic engineering drawings and construction processes. * Have good on-site execution, communication and coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Have good communication skills in both Chinese and English. *Qualifications* * A background or experience in supply chain / engineering materials / mechanical and electrical equipment / semiconductor facility operations is a plus. No related experience is also acceptable! * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. * *Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
