Commercial Escrow Officer

Currently, we have a Commercial Escrow Officer role for a premier national title company that Empowers you to Build your future.The Commercial Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.Your specific duties will include:Managing and closing simple and complex commercial escrow transactions.Preparing escrow instructions and closing documents.Reviewing title commitments and resolving discrepancies.Communicating with title examiners, underwriters, attorneys, and clients.Coordinating daily activities with Branch or Escrow Manager.Auditing files and disbursing funds in compliance with escrow procedures.Preparing settlement statements and estimating closing costs.Ensuring compliance with escrow accounting procedures and Good Funds Law.Training and supporting escrow staff, as needed.Actively developing and maintaining client relationships. Required qualifications for the position include: High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Escrow Officer experience.Supervisory experience preferred.Notary Public license preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Salary Range - $90k - $100k annuallyCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
