It offers both inpatient and outpatient programs for mental health and addition for adults, and seniors. The facility provides a range of treatments for mental health and addiction issues. From your first day to your next career milestone-your experience matters.How you'll contributeA Behavioral Health Nurse Manager RN who excels in this role:* Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.* Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.* Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.* Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. Additional requirements include:* Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.* Experience: Three years of experience in all aspects of medical surgical nursing and Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred with aa minimum of two years supervisory experience.* Licenses: Must have a current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license.* Education: BSN or ADN with current enrollment in a BSN program required.Connect with a RecruiterNot ready to complete an application, or have questions?
