Director of Institutional EffectivenessSalary Schedule: Commensurate with education and experience according to Salary Schedule C.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
In addition to adhering to the general guidelines as specified by the Faulty/Staff Handbook, the President, and the Alabama Community College System Board of Trustees, responsibilities will include the following: •Supervise and oversee all job responsibilities of IE/IR staff•Annually evaluates staff per ACCS and college policy•Develop and monitor IE budget•Serves as chair of the Strategic Planning Committee and facilitates college, departmental and unit level assessment processes pertinent to college operations•Ensures biannual review of the college mission statement in compliance with ACCS policy•Oversee all college surveys and analysis, ensuring dissemination to appropriate college personnel•Monitor the implementation of college courses and faculty evaluations and track student participation rates.•Works with instructional programs and the Dean of Instruction to facilitate the college's program review process•Oversee annual submission and review of unit level institutional assessment plans (IEPs)•Work in collaboration with instructional units to ensure accurate reporting of student learning outcome and general education outcome data•Provide ongoing training as needed on all required college assessment processes.•Analyze findings from assessment data and make recommendations to college administration to enhance organizational efficiency.•Ensure that the college is kept in compliance with SACSCOC Principles for Accreditation.•Develop and implement the College calendar for Institutional Effectiveness•Performs other duties as assigned by the College PresidentJob performance will be evaluated following college policy.
