We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at our Fort Wayne facility and drive a culture focused on compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.This role is responsible for managing the site Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, leading quality improvement initiatives, and serving as the key quality contact for customers, audits, and cross-functional operations support.What You’ll DoLead Quality Systems & ComplianceLead and maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, and customer requirementsServe as the primary contact for third-party audits and customer quality auditsManage local audit programs including scheduling, training, reporting, and corrective action follow-upSupport compliance activities related to product standards and regulatory requirementsDrive Continuous ImprovementEstablish and monitor quality KPIs, analyze trends, and report on overall system effectivenessLead root cause analysis, CAPA initiatives, and continuous improvement projectsSupport deployment of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies across the siteUtilize data-driven decision-making tools to improve quality performance and operational efficiencyLead Customer Quality InitiativesServe as the primary quality contact for customer concerns, audits, site visits, complaints, and returnsEnsure timely communication and resolution of customer quality issuesCollaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve quality concernsSupport validation processes and customer notifications as requiredLead & Develop TeamsManage and develop the Quality team including staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance managementPromote quality awareness and provide training in auditing, quality systems, and problem-solving methodologiesFoster strong collaboration across departments to support plant and customer objectivesLead selected Americas quality initiatives and projects requiring cross-functional influence and coordinationWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field3–10 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment2–5 years of supervisory or team leadership experienceStrong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485Experience with Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, SPC, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologiesASQ certifications such as CQA, CQM, CQE, or Lead Auditor certifications preferredLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferredExperience with eQMS platforms preferredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, MRP systems, and MinitabAbility to travel up to 25%, including occasional international travelWhy Join UsLead quality initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environmentInfluence operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the organizationOpportunity to drive meaningful process improvements and quality system enhancementsCollaborate with cross-functional leadership teams across North AmericaCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageThe salary range for this position is $130,000-$145,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
