Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old).JOB SUMMARY:Provide a wide variety of cleaning duties throughout the Clubhouse, Offices & Restrooms. Maintain company standards in cleaning using of a variety of chemicals, equipment, and supplies.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Must be able to follow instructions and complete all assignments in a timely manner. Must be self motivated and able to work with limited direction. Must have attention to detail and willingness to correct problems on the spot and identify and differentiate various cleaning chemicals.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Perform daily cleaning duties including: bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, pulling trash, dusting, window washing.Ensure that all facilities are cleaned properly according to established procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Maintain clean appearance on the outside of the building; i.e. windows, walls, eaves and patio.Assist in repair and maintenance of building and structures including minor plumbing and cleanup projects.Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS:Work cooperatively with all employees to achieve a common goal of superior customer service while demonstrating a willingness to assist others.Smile and assist in answering questions and directing guests.Use proper etiquette while cleaning around guestsMaintain a high level of quality in all areas of responsibility.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The work requires physical exertion to include: long periods of standing and walking, bending and twisting, lifting or carrying up to 60 pounds.
